Haaretz - Business: Following five years of debate and bureaucratic issues, the Knesset Education, Culture and Sports Committee approved three new regulations yesterday as part of the law to allow car and motorcycle racing in Israel - and removed the final legal barrier to holding such races. But motorsports enthusiasts say a long road still lies ahead to actually holding such races.
